Now that Jack Kervorkian has passed away, our attorney, Jeffery Feiger reports he will have a lot more time to devote to these issues.

September 2011

O2 has notified us that they have engaged Gloria Allred as their new attorney and there may be issues about the lack of female representation in the Blues Brothers Kite Team.

October 17, 2009

The Blues Brothers and O2 have agreed to enter into binding arbitration to resolve their differences over royalty payments. Our legal department advises us that we should say nothing more about about the injunction that prevents O2 from performing the maneuver known as "upward square cuts" within the state of Michigan. Neither can we say anything about the status of our negoation of terms for the maneuver known as "stutter stalls during rising diagonals" that have been copyrighted by O2 within the states of Wisconsin and Illinois.

After our second consecutive National Championship, the Blues Brothers have decided to move up from Experienced to Masters class in the 2010 season.
